1. BOOKINGS:

• Players are required to book slots via a website booking system.

• Strictly no walk-ins.

​

• Cancellation: 48-hour advance notice is required to cancel any court booking. No credit will be issued if a person does not show up to their bookings. The full fee will be charged.

​

• Spesific price strictly for current student and staff of UM

 

2. REFUND:

• ESM PICKTERS CLUB will not be responsible for any changes of player’s date & time as the players are recognize and agreed on the booking’s details. ESM PICKTERS CLUB does not offer refunds or exchange for any products or services from esminternationale court booking system.

• If there is any genuine reason for dissatisfaction that aligns with our policy, such cases will be reviewed & the decision will be made at the discretion of the ESM PICKTERS CLUB.

 

3. RESCHEDULE:

• FOR ONE HOUR BOOKING: If it rains, players can carry forward the playtime if the playtime does not exceed 20 minutes. However if the playtime exceeded 20minutes and it starts raining the booking will not be refunded and cannot be rescheduled.

​

• FOR 2-HOURS BOOKING: If it rains, players can carry forward the playtime if the playtime does not exceed 20 minutes of the first hour. However, if the playtime has exceeded 20 minutes during the first hour, players can only reschedule the second hour and cannot be refunded.

​

• ESM PICKTERS CLUB will not be responsible for any changes of players date & time as the players are recognize and agreed on the booking’s details. Strictly no rescheduling once the booking has been made.

​

• ESM PICKTERS CLUB instructors and staff on duties reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the lesson, experience due to weather, serviceability or availability of equipment, manpower or unforeseen circumstances. Reschedule for activities / experience only apply if there are bad weather or unforeseen circumstances agree by both parties.

 

 4. ATTIRE:

• Players must wear appropriate sports attire to reduce the risk of injury.

​

• Players must wear sport shoes and it is recommendable to avoid badminton shoes as they can be slippery.

​

• ESM PICKTERS CLUB are not responsible for any injury or accidents that may occur while using the courts. Perhaps players can warm up & use the right gear & equipment.

 

 5. COURTS & EQUIPMENTS:

• Players must be responsible for the cleanliness of the areas, courts & facilities.

​

• Players will be fined for any damage to the facilities, paddles or missing balls during usage.

​

• The pickleball courts at the venue are only to be used for the purpose of recreational pickleball. Professional coaching on the pickleball courts may not take place, other than by approved persons, who have the prior written agreement of the ESM PICKTERS CLUB.

​

• ESM PICKTERS CLUB are not responsible for any injury or accidents that may occur while using the courts. Perhaps players can warm up & use the right gear & equipment.

 

6. RULES AND REGULATIONS:

• Players must comply with the rules & regulations of the courts for the whole duration of the activity. Staff in charge at the courts have the right to stop any players who do not comply with the rules.

• Drugs and Alcohol is strictly prohibited. The use, possession, distribution, sale, or influence of drugs or alcohol in the court area is strictly prohibited. This policy applies to all players, instructors & staff of ESM PICKTERS CLUB.
